Although I chose not to use a restoration company, my friend was willing to provide me industry recommendations and insights into best practices to facilitate the drying out process and clean up. SERVPRO exceeded my expectations more than I can express. When my lower level flooded because of a faulty water heater, I didn’t know who to call to help. Google pointed me to SERVPRO and it worked out perfectly for us. They came the same day in the middle of a storm to get us dry and kept our moisture levels monitored daily. They packed up our belongings and kept everything tidy - more so than we did. They are courteous, professional, punctual, and they worked hard to keep communication between us and our insurance company. I can’t recommend SERVPRO enough if you have an unexpected emergency in your home. Everyone- including the owner- made sure that we were satisfied and informed every step of the way. I don’t like singling out anyone when everyone I dealt with was so wonderful, but Marla, Brad, and Jesus were particularly awesome throughout the process. Call them- you won’t be sorry!

SERVPRO was very diligent in making sure that our bathroom water issues were taken care of. Their employees were both personable and knowledgeable. They arrived when they told us they would and called if they were detained. I would work with them again!

SERVPRO of Rocky Mount responded to West Mount Fire Department for a water issue caused by a severe rainstorm that caused major damage to our department. Within a few hours of the initial call, they responded and started the process of relocating furniture and removing damaged structure material to start the water removal and drying process. After the insurance claim was processed, they began the additional repair process that was needed. Nathan and Jonathan were always available to answer any question or concerns that we encountered during the entire process. Nathan was onsite many times to ensure all repairs were being completed as needed. All repairs were completed as necessary to restore our department to preloss condition. I highly recommend this company.

Love SERVPRO. Arrived in middle of night. I was in a panic and they went to work immediately to stop my leak and allay my anxiety. Cleanup started within hours. Very responsive to all my questions and communicative about process from start to Finish. Friendly and hardworking team. Would definitely recommend them.

After calling SERVPRO a few hours after the leak in my upstairs they were on site analyzing the damage and cleaning up. Within a few days they completely removed all the damaged material and installed equipment to begin the drying process. I also hired them to manage the repairs. My house had extensive damage which required a lot of planning and renovations. After a few months my family was able to move in and I am completely satisfied. Thanks, SERVPRO!
