With his deep understanding of local building standards and commitment to quality, Nate plays a pivotal role in overseeing the production team, ensuring every project meets the highest standards of efficiency and customer satisfaction. Outside of work, Nate loves spending time with his kids and sharing his passion for the outdoors.
Brad
Brad serves as the Production Lead at SERVPRO of Rocky Mount, bringing over two years of dedication and professionalism to the team. With several years of plumbing experience and certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) in Water Removal Technician (WRT) and Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration Technician (FSRT), Brad ensures that every project is executed with precision and efficiency. When he’s not leading restoration efforts, Brad enjoys working on cars.

When not at work, Marla enjoys spending time with her family and fishing on the lake.
Jamie
Jamie serves as the Office Administrator at SERVPRO of Rocky Mount, where her knowledge in business and accounting is matched only by her passion for customer care and operational efficiency. Jamie takes pride in keeping every customer file organized and up to date, while assisting with audits and ensuring smooth office operations. She’s also a friendly and reassuring voice for customers during challenging times, answering questions and helping ease the stress of disaster situations.
